On behalf of the Mayor’s Workforce Development Board (MWDB), the Detroit Employment Solutions Corporation (DESC) invites you to attend applicants’ conferences for two Requests for Proposals (RFPs): Career Center Services and WIOA Year-Round Youth Services. Space is limited so we strongly encourage you to RSVP to stakeholderfeedback@detempsol.org. Below is the location and parking information for each conference.

REVISION

In both RFPs released on December 18, 2018, DESC indicated that recordings of these conferences would be made available to those who request the RFP. Due to issues with the quality of the recordings on January 8th and the relocation of the WIOA Year-Round Youth Services Applicants’ Conference from DESC’s offices to Northwest Activity Center, DESC is holding two additional conferences via webinar:

  • CAREER CENTER SERVICES: January 17, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. (eastern time)
  • WIOA YEAR-ROUND YOUTH SERVICES: January 17, 2019 at 11:30 A.M. (eastern time)
